Situation at the start of the project (04/2024): They lacked a CMO and needed a marketing plan to internationalise their operations in European markets, as well as a strategy and tactics to gain a foothold in the Spanish market with new customers and retain existing ones.
Current situation (10/2024): INT and NAC marketing plan for B2B with implementation of methodology and funnels for lead prospecting and closing sales, achieving the 70% SQLS target in 3 months and creating a pipeline of more than €1M.

Current situation (10/2024): Expansion of B2B lead acquisition channels through SEO and Paid media marketing. In just 3 months with SEO we have increased the total number of users of the website by 3,410.5%. With performance, 40% more SQLS have been generated.
